Preparations were underway for a 100,000 square foot, $40-million structure that would become the community’s new hospital yet all we had were some drawings and a little animation created by the architect.

Non-profit community hospitals require support from – you guessed it – the communities they serve. In preparation for a $10-million community fund-drive, the public would have to see the same vision those who spent years planning it saw. Every discipline of the medical center contributed to the design and function of the new building so it only made sense to ask each to describe it through their own eyes.

$7.3-million is in the bank and completion of the facility is in sight.
